Protecting your personal data is important to me. Personal data is processed through this website only where necessary to provide and securely operate the website, communicate with you, or fulfil the purposes described below.

Depending on the purpose and nature of the processing, the legal basis is in particular Article 6(1)(a), (b) or (f) GDPR.

3. Website Hosting and Provision through Odoo

This website is provided through Odoo Online, a service of Odoo S.A., Chaussée de Namur 40, 1367 Grand-Rosière, Belgium.

When you access the website, technically necessary data may be processed. This may include, in particular:

  • IP address,
  • date and time of access,
  • pages and resources requested,
  • browser type and version,
  • operating system,
  • referrer information, and
  • technical log and security data.

This processing is carried out for the technical provision, stability and security of the website on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. My legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of this website.

With regard to customer data stored in the Odoo Cloud, Odoo generally acts as a processor.
Odoo uses additional subprocessors for its cloud infrastructure. Information about the service providers, hosting regions and data protection measures used by Odoo is available in Odoo’s own privacy documentation.

4. Contact and Contact Form

If you contact me using the contact form or by email, the information you provide will be processed in order to handle your enquiry and, where necessary, communicate with you further.

The data processed may include:

  • your name,
  • your email address,
  • the content of your message, and
  • any additional information you voluntarily provide.

Where your enquiry relates to entering into or performing a contractual relationship, processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

For other enquiries, processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in appropriately handling enquiries and communicating with prospective and existing clients.

The data will be deleted once it is no longer required for handling your enquiry, unless statutory retention requirements or other legitimate grounds require further storage.

5. Cookies and Technically Necessary Storage

This website may use technically necessary cookies or comparable technologies required to provide essential website functionality.
These may include session and security technologies provided by Odoo.

Where storing information on or accessing information from your device is strictly necessary to provide a digital service expressly requested by you, this is carried out in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions. Any related processing of personal data is carried out, in particular, on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

If non-essential cookies or comparable technologies are used in the future, they will only be used with your consent where such consent is required by law.

6. Web Analytics and Audience Measurement

This website does not currently use any web analytics or audience-measurement tools. In particular, the Plausible Analytics functionality available in Odoo is not activated, so no personal data is processed for statistical purposes in this respect.

Should audience measurement be introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly beforehand. Where consent is required by law for such processing, it will only be used after you have given your consent, which you may withdraw at any time with effect for the future.

These are external links only. No social media feeds or social media plugins from these providers are currently embedded in this website.

Simply visiting this website therefore does not, as a result of these links alone, establish a connection with the respective social network. A connection is established only when you click the relevant link and leave this website to visit the provider’s website.

The respective provider may then process personal data, including your IP address and other technical information. If you are logged into the respective social network, the provider may be able to associate your visit with your user account.

Any subsequent processing on those platforms is governed by the respective provider’s privacy policy.

8. External Fonts

The Inter typeface is used on this website.
Where the font files are delivered locally or through the website infrastructure provided by Odoo, displaying the font does not in itself result in a separate transfer of personal data to Google Fonts or another external font provider.

If the technical integration of the font is changed in the future and the font is loaded directly from an external provider, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

9. Recipients of Personal Data

Personal data is disclosed to third parties only where this is necessary to provide the website, process your enquiry, comply with legal obligations, or where another lawful basis permits such disclosure.

In connection with the operation of this website, Odoo S.A. may in particular receive personal data as a technical service provider and processor.
Any further disclosure will take place only where a legal basis exists.

10. Retention Period

Personal data is generally retained only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose for which it was processed.
Data may be retained for a longer period where statutory retention obligations apply or where storage is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Once the relevant purpose no longer applies and any statutory retention periods have expired, the data will be deleted.

  • right to rectification under Article 16 GDPR,
  • right to erasure under Article 17 GDPR,

You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.

12. Right to Object to Processing Based on Legitimate Interests

Where personal data is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you have the right, under the conditions set out in Article 21 GDPR, to object at any time to such processing on grounds relating to your particular situation.

13. Right to Lodge a Complaint

Under Article 77 GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes the GDPR.

This Privacy Policy may be updated if the website, the services used or the applicable legal requirements change.
In particular, if additional analytics tools, externally hosted media, social media plugins or other third-party services are integrated in the future, this Privacy Policy will be amended accordingly.
